We are doing lots of great work during the code implementation and testing and other side lots of calls for analysing live issues. But still some factor should keep us more happy and would boost our energy to do more work. That factor is nothing but CELEBRATING the SUCCESS. It is not necessary to celebrate by participating the bigger event at the end of the project. But small small occasions team members needs to gather and participate in FUN/GAMING activities to keep them refreshed. This is very vital from my experience though I have not done so much yet but identified in few occasions.
Take your team away from work for some time a week for fun and game activities to keep them focussed and committed.
